Description:
Boys and girls ages 8-12 are invited to join us for our first ever beach boot camp for kids at Lakeside Beach! Each 30-minute session takes place early in the morning in order to help kids wake up, get active, and stay energized throughout the day. This class takes place two days a week and will consist of fun conditioning drills, strength training and cardio. All exercises and drills are specifically for kids and were selected based their ability to aid in the early stages of building both endurance and muscle. We ask that your child bring a water, towel, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing. Limited space available. Let's get fit!
