Description:
Formatted for all student levels, this virtual belly dance fitness class will introduce the basic movements and foundations for belly dance via ZOOM Meeting. Demonstrations will be given while using the movements in drills to learn techniques. Explanations will aid students in incorporating speed, levels, and direction-changes into their combinations. Drills increase the heart rate, create strength and stamina, and are lots of fun!
Instructed by American native, Riksar (Anne Elizabeth) who first began learning Egyptian belly dance at age fourteen in Sarnia, Ontario.
