Description:
Join instructor Tim Browning for 8 clases of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) This group fitness class will use a variation of light weight training, cardio, and sharp movements, promoting full body toning and endurance. Instructor Tim will also provide personal feedback and correction for all particpants.
We recommend bringing water and a yoga mat.
